The BMW Charity Pro-Am, which will be played May 14-20, 2012, is the only tournament on the Nationwide Tour where amateurs and celebrities are grouped with Nationwide Tour professionals in a three-day better-ball competition. Amateurs, celebrities and pros rotate between each of the three courses on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, |

with the 14 lowest scoring pro-amateur/pro-celebrity teams advancing to play Sunday's final round. Amateurs and celebrities compete for individual prizes as well as cash donations, which are awarded to The South Carolina Charities, Inc., charity of their choice. To learn more, click here. |
The Ronald McDonald House is again one of the beneficiaries chosen by South Carolina Charities, Inc.
We are very excited about our charity again being selected by the committee. In addition to the money received from the net proceeds of the event, the tournament allows our charity to increase the amount of money we receive with (2) opportunities and we need your help...tournament credentials (ticket sales) and volunteering.
Tournament Credentials
You can now purchase your tickets with 4 easy options:

- In-Person at our offices at 706 Grove Rd.
- At our Family Room at GHS Memorial Hospital
- Call the Ronald McDonald House for your tickets, 235-0506
All tournament credential sales purchased goes directly to our House.
*Don't forget if you purchase your tickets online that you must click the drop-down box and select Ronald McDonald House as your charity.
The Patron Credentials and Clubhouse Credentials include complimentary parking and shuttle service as well as the following:
Daily Grounds Credentials — $10
- Access to grounds at one of the tournament courses one day during tournament play
- Complimentary daily grounds admission is granted for all active duty, retired, reserve military, veterans along with dependents (Valid ID is required for entry)
Patron Credentials — $25
- Access to grounds to all tournament courses Thursday, May 17th to Saturday, May 19th
- Access to grounds at Thornblade Club on Sunday, May 20th
- Complimentary parking and shuttle service included
Clubhouse Credentials — $50
- Access to the clubhouse & grounds Thursday, May 17th to Saturday, May 19th and at Thornblade on Sunday, May 20th
- Complimentary parking and shuttle service included
When register to volunteer with us:
- Register online or fill out a paper application (available by contacting the Ronald McDonald House)
- After registering as a volunteer, please contact the Ronald McDonald House and let us know you are volunteering; contact Marti Spencer at mspencer@rmhcarolinas.com or call 864.235.0506 (If you don't let us know, your time won't be counted towards us!)
- Work 2 days to count or one parking shift
- We receive credit for your time!

Positions are available May 14-20 with tournament rounds occurring May 18-20.
We are very excited about the 2012 event, which will again feature the following host courses: Thornblade Club (Greer, SC), The Carolina Country Club (Spartanburg, SC) and Greenville Country Club Chanticleer Course (Greenville, SC). Tournament play will occur at all three courses Thursday through Saturday with the final round taking place on Sunday at Thornblade Club.
The Volunteer Package is $40. 100% of the $40 package fee for each volunteer who registers with the Ronald McDonald House, goes directly to the Ronald McDonald House if you volunteer a minimum of two days for the tournament. The volunteer package is mandatory for all volunteers and includes:
- One official volunteer shirt with tournament logo
- One hat or visor with tournament logo
- One 2012 volunteer pin
- Lunch, snacks and beverages during volunteer shifts
- One Volunteer Credential (used as a Patron Credential for access when not volunteering)
- One Patron Credential (for a guest; $25 value)
- Complimentary parking and shuttle service to the course
