Well, when families come to the Ronald McDonald House, they are often frightened, overwhelmed and anxious. The Leadership Greenville Project Team aims to create a peaceful place of respite for families as they are coping with difficult times. The creation of an outdoor patio area with seating, plentiful greenery, and a trickling fountain will provide a place to get away when life has become overwhelming. This outdoor plaza will not only be a sustaining place under the trees, but it will help to sustain the future of the house as well by providing a wishing well fountain for visitors to drop in their donations.
